Once we have evaluated a potential site Land Planning guarantee a prompt response to our client, usually within a week we’ll put together a fee proposal including a clear breakdown of costs, to be agreed before commencement of the project.

Land Planning is also able to provide advice on such elements as the marketing and sale of a property, maximising the potential uplift value of your asset. We can manage all other necessary elements of your Planning Application, working in close coordination with professional consultants such as Highways Consultants, Structural Engineers, Ecological Consultants and Land Surveyors etc.
