Discharge of Conditions of Planning
Once Planning Consent is achieved there are numerous Conditions attached by the Local Authority which have to be addressed prior to the proposed development going ahead.
Formal written approval is required from the Council – this is known as discharging the conditions, which can be quite stringent, often involving much more detailed and specific levels of information being submitted, typically Landscaping / Hardscaping design proposals, proposed boundary treatments and Highways details, as well as reports on proposed drainage and other details.
Whether Land Planning has dealt with your Planning Application or if you have already secured Full Planning Consent, or have Outline Planning in place and need consent for Reserved Matters, please contact us for advice and a quotation of costs. We can coordinate the required specialist reports or detailed information required to discharge the conditions.
